Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resource allocation and procurement needs.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet project goals.
• Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and contract requirements.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect the well-being of construction personnel.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years related working experience in the construction field.
• Experience and participating in the Floor Mitigation Project (Project Tebatan Banjir) would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Sungai Lembing, Kuantan, Pahang.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.
